A deposit of £250
($375) will secure your booking and after full payment, act as a deposit
against damages to the villa. This deposit will be refunded to you
either in the event of cancellation (if the property is subsequently
re-let, according to the conditions in the booking agreement) or within
2 weeks of you vacating the property after your holiday, subject to
a satisfactory report from our Management Agents.
The
full cost of the rent and any extras (if requested) must be paid in
full 8 weeks prior to departure to Florida.
