Terms and Conditions

1.
All bookings accepted by us are subject to
these terms
and conditions
|
|
2.
Booking procedure and payment terms
|
|
2.1 Clients should complete
the booking form and forward it with a deposit cheque made payable
to R and H Worthington for £250 ($375).
|
|
2.2 Any provisional booking
will be held for seven days pending receipt of the signed booking
form and deposit in respect of the accommodation. A booking
will be considered firm when the deposit has been received and
we have confirmed the booking with the client in writing.
|
|
2.3 The balance of the
rent (as well as the damage deposit and any extras) is due 8
weeks before the date of arrival at the home. No reminder will
be issued. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival are payable
in full at the time of the booking. The damage deposit will
be returned after 2 weeks of vacating the property subject to
it being in good order and clearance by our management agent.

2.4 Directions to the home
and the code to the lock box containing the key will be given
upon receipt of the final payment.

|
3.
Cancellation
|
|
3.1 The client may cancel
the holiday at any time after it has been confirmed, subject
to the cancellation being made in writing.
|
|
|
|
Cancellation must be in writing.
|
|
3.2 We reserve the right
to cancel the holiday if payment is not received in accordance
with clause (2.3) above.
|
|
3.3 The following cancellation
charges apply to all rentals cancelled in accordance with clause
(3.1) and (3.2) above.
|
|
More than 60 days prior to the commencement of your stay - loss
of deposit.
|
|
30 - 60 days - 50% total rental.
|
|
Within 30 days - 100% total rental.
|
|
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE OUT HOLIDAY INSURANCE TO
COVER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES WHICH MAY NECESSITATE CANCELLATION
OF YOUR HOLIDAY.

4.
Accommodation
|
|
4.1 The accommodation provided
is only for the use of the persons named by the client on the
booking form. Subletting, sharing or assigning is prohibited.
|
|
4.2 The property will be
available to clients after 4pm Florida time on the day of arrival
unless otherwise agreed. All accommodation must be vacated
by 10am, Florida time on the day of departure. It may
be possible to arrange a later check out time. Please ring the
Management Agent no earlier than 2 weeks prior to your holiday
to arrange this. There will be a local fee of $40 for this arrangement.

4.3 An adult must accompany
persons under the age of 18.
|
|
4.4 We will not be liable
for any loss or injury resulting from the use of the property
or pool.
|
|
4.5 Swimming pools are
dangerous and neither the pool nor the spa are to be used by
the children without adult supervision. Glassware or other breakable
items must not be taken out to the pool area.
|
|
4.6 Any items contained within the property (for example, but
not exclusively - crockery, cutlery, towels) must not be used
by and left in other properties. Failure to comply with this,
resulting in retrieval of any articles will incur an automatic
deduction of at least $70/£50 from the damages deposit.

5.
Complaints
|
|
5.1 In the unlikely event
that the client has any reason for complaint or dissatisfaction,
they must contact the local Management Company caring for the
property in Florida immediately so that remedial action may
be taken. Details of how to contact the Management Company will
be found in the villa.

|
6.
Smoking
|
|
6.1 For the comfort and
safety of clients and guests smoking is not permitted in the
home. Smokers may do so in the pool/patio area. There will be
additional cleaning charges if the client or guests choose to
ignore this condition of booking.

|
7.
Animals and Pets
|
|
7.1 Animals and pets are
not permitted in the home. This condition is strictly enforced.
|
|
8.
Barbeques
|
| |
8.1 Portable, (hireable from
the Management Company), or disposable barbeques must not be used
within the pool area as this violates the Hotel Licence of the
property and is a breach of the local fire code. It is recommended
that barbeque equipment should be located outside the screen area
and as far away from the pool as possible. Failure to comply with
these terms and conditions can result in an on the spot citation
and fine, payable by the client. |

9.
Cleaning |
| |
9.1 A charge will be made
for cleaning if less than 7 nights occupancy. Please see 'Rental
Rates'. |

| 10. Security |
| |
|
10.1 Whilst a safe has been provided for your use, it is suggested
that you follow the same safety rules that you would at home.
