Our Luxury Villa is located on the Indian Creek Community, just 3 miles from the entrance to the Walt Disney World Resort, off Highway 192.

It is situated 15 minutes from International Drive and 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

An extensive range of local facilities including supermarkets, a variety of other shops and restaurants are less than 5 minutes drive away.

The Indian Creek Community offers a recreation area comprising a putting green, tennis court, five-a-side soccer pitch, multipurpose court and two children's play areas.

Situated on an extended plot with a private southerly aspect, the villa comprises 1755 square feet of living accommodation consisting of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, is air-conditioned and has an extended deck area with deluxe patio furniture enclosing a fully screened, heated (30' x 15') Pool + Kiddies Paddling Pool. There are also a selection of pool toys available.

It will sleep 8 people in its 2 double and 2 twin bedded rooms. The master bedroom containing a king size bed has full en suite facilities comprising a garden tub and large walk in shower. The second double bedroom, with a queen size bed is also en suite, whilst the 2 twin bedded rooms (one of which is Disney themed - see Photos page) share an en suite shower room conveniently situated next to the lanai and pool area.

The gathering room (living room) has 1 three-seater settee and 2 two-seater settees, a coffee table and a flat screen cable television. With georgian style patio doors leading onto the 14' deep covered lanai area.

There is a combined DVD/VCR in the gathering room as well as a CD/iPod player, a second DVD player and TV in the master bedroom and a TV in the second double bedroom.
A selection of DVDs, videos and audio CDs are available.

A free WiFi Internet Connection is available for your use, so bring your laptop!

The kitchen is fully fitted with a cooker, full size fridge/freezer with ice maker, dish washer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery and a large selection of crockery.

The bay area contains a dining table and 4 chairs whilst the dinning room conveniently situated adjacent to the kitchen will seat up to 8 people.

The garage houses a fully automatic washing machine and dryer.

The villa has fire detectors, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living area and lanai, a burglar alarm and alarms on all doors leading onto the pool area as well as a safe in the master bedroom.

All towels and linens are included. A cot and additional rollaway bed are also available.

No pets are allowed.

No smoking.
